REFUND POLICY / POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO

WORKSHOP BOOKINGS

Workshop bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change:

Cancellations made 7+ days before the workshop: Full credit towards a future workshop (valid for 6 months)
Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% credit towards a future workshop
Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund or credit available
No-shows: No refund or credit

If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

ARTWORK & MANDALAS

For original artworks and mandalas:

Custom/commissioned pieces: Non-refundable once work has begun
Ready-made artworks: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description
Damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
